A member of our support team will process the exchange and email you a shipping label and exchange document(s). Securely pack the items with with exchange document(s) and ship package with prepaid label.
We don’t want you to lose any momentum with the nurture system! We will do our best to expedite the requested replacement with a 14 day window to receive the item being returned. If we do not receive the original item within this time, you will be charged for the replacement and may proceed with the original item as a return.
